And hereth shows a prime example of global warming: gushing meltwater from the glacier had scoured the soft surrounding volcanic silt into a plethora of mini waterways. Usually blue-green, I found a side to the glacier which was pure white. As usual, this photo remains completely free from manipulation. please take the time to full-view this |
